Plastic Injection Molding Processes

Our rapid molding techniques allow us to use different materials to meet your unique requirements.  We have micro-scale molding processes for miniature components and multi-material processes for complex parts.
Overmolding

Overmolding

Engineers melt raw plastic material and inject it over a finished secondary part. The final part has a better look and texture. The overmolding process saves time and money in post-processing.
Plastic is molded directly around pre-placed inserts such as metal components, creating stronger integrated parts while reducing secondary assembly steps.

Insert Molding

This involves adding metal components into the mold, then injecting plastic around them. Insert molding helps us surpass your previous levels of product performance without sacrificing design.
Utilizes pressurized gas during the molding cycle to form hollow sections, reduce weight, and improve dimensional stability in thick-walled parts.

Gas Assist Molding

In gas-assist injection molding, inert gas is injected at high pressure into a semi-filled mold cavity to displace material. It leads to high-quality parts light-weight with hollow internal sections.
Precision molding process for extremely small and detailed parts, often used in medical devices, micro-mechanical systems, and electronics.

Micro Molding

The demand for miniature parts is growing across medical devices and micro mechanical systems. At EzraMade, we care about more than their size. We ensure that their function, form, and fit meet your needs.
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Molding

Liquid Silicone Rubber Molding

Our LSR injection molding processes are foolproof. LSR molding helps us make injection-molded parts more durable, heat-resistant, and biocompatible.
Advanced molding technology combining two or more materials/colors in one cycle, producing complex, multi-functional, and visually appealing parts.

Multi-Shot Molding

Advanced plastic injection molding technology combines multiple materials/colors in one cycle, producing complex, multi-functional, and visually appealing parts.
