How do I get a quote for 3D printing?
You can request a quote directly via EZRA’s Quote Request Form. Upload your CAD or STL file, describe your part’s function or constraints, and our engineers will review your design and respond within 24 hours with a detailed quote and DFM (Design for Manufacturing) suggestions if needed.
Which 3D printing processes can I choose?
We support seven core additive manufacturing methods to suit different part requirements:
1. SLA – For high-detail visual prototypes with smooth surfaces
2. SLS – For rugged nylon components with functional strength
3. MJF – For production-grade parts in batches, with balanced surface and strength
4. FDM – For affordable functional parts or quick concept validation

Which materials are available for 3D printing?
We offer over 18 qualified materials across polymers and metals, including:

Each material is validated for mechanical performance, surface finish, and compatibility with the printing process (SLA, SLS, MJF, FDM, SLM).
How long until I receive my 3D printed parts?
Lead time depends on your chosen material, geometry, and volume:
• SLA / FDM prototypes: 1–2 working days
• SLS / MJF / TPU parts: 2–4 working days
• Metal printing (SLM): 4–7 working days
• Full-color & red wax: 3–5 working days
If your design requires support for post-processing or tight tolerance, we’ll include it in the timeline quote.
What tolerances can you hold on 3D printed parts?
Standard tolerance for most of our 3D printed parts is ±0.01 mm, depending on the material and geometry. Processes like SLA and MJF typically deliver better dimensional stability for fine features. If your part requires tight fits or will be post-machined, let us know in the quote form so our engineers can review it and confirm feasibility.
Is there a minimum order quantity for 3D printing?
No minimum order is required. You can start with a single prototype or move to short production runs. We also support low-volume bridge production via aluminum molds starting at 100 pcs. For recurring batches, we can offer process validation and long-term pricing.
How large can you print?
Our maximum build sizes vary by process:
• SLA : up to 1400 mm
• SLS / MJF Nylon: up to 380 × 280 × 380 mm
• SLM Metal Printing: up to 400 × 300 × 400 mm
• FDM: up to 500 mm depending on material and infill
Oversized parts can be split and reassembled via welding or inserts—just ask.
