Injection molding is the core manufacturing process used at EzraMade for producing high-quality cosmetic packaging. This process is widely applied to compacts, lip gloss and lipstick packaging, caps, closures, and functional components.
Injection molding enables the production of sophisticated, complex, and dimensionally accurate parts at high volumes with excellent cost efficiency. It also provides a stable platform for secondary decoration and value-added surface finishing.
EzraMade maintains in-house capabilities for IM / IBM tooling development and manufacturing, ensuring faster lead times, better process control, and competitive speed to market.
Bi-injection molding is an advanced variation of injection molding that allows two colors or two materials to be combined within a single molding cycle.
This technology is commonly used for functional and aesthetic differentiation, such as dual-color base buttons for lipstick packaging to support shade identification. Bi-injection can also be applied to the production of wipers that require a combination of rigidity (for secure retention) and softness or flexibility to achieve optimal wiping performance for brushes and applicators.
EzraMade offers injection blow molding for the design and manufacture of bottles, jars, and containers used in lip gloss, mascara, and skincare packaging.
IBM technology delivers superior visual appearance and tight dimensional control, making it suitable for both narrow-neck and wide-mouth containers. Common materials processed through this method include PP, PET, and LDPE, providing reliable consistency for cosmetic packaging applications.
Extrusion blow molding is an alternative process used to produce thin-wall bottles and tottles. While less complex than injection blow molding, it is well suited for packaging that requires multi-layer structures to enhance formula compatibility and stability.
This process is commonly applied in the production of mascara and lip gloss bottles, where flexibility in wall structure and material layering is required.
EzraMade’s metal pressing capability focuses on forming aluminum components using deep impact extrusion, followed by secondary anodizing processes to achieve refined surface finishes.
During anodization, components can be customized through coloring, texturing, and surface treatment, while embossed or debossed logos and design elements can be integrated directly during the pressing stage.
The cool touch and weight of aluminum add a premium feel to cosmetic packaging, offering extensive opportunities for bespoke finishes based on EzraMade’s stock or customized pack designs.
Different color cosmetics require precise volume control to match usage scenarios and formulas. From compact powders and cream foundations to lip glosses and mascaras, we support tailored fill volumes to ensure optimal product performance, portability, and cost efficiency.
Our core expertise lies in color cosmetics packaging, including compacts, eyeliners, mascaras, lipsticks, lip gloss containers, jars & sifters, and stick & crayon formats. Each category can be further refined based on functional requirements such as applicator design, sealing structure, or refill compatibility—helping brands select packaging that aligns with both product function and user experience.
Packaging decoration plays a critical role in brand recognition. We offer reliable decoration processes such as screen printing, hot stamping, and labeling, supported by stable production control. These capabilities allow us to deliver consistent, high-quality cosmetic packaging that accurately reflects your brand positioning at scale.
Accurate color reproduction is essential for cosmetic brands. Our Pantone-based color matching process ensures consistent tones across batches, helping maintain visual uniformity across your color cosmetics line—from compacts to sticks and tubes.
We provide material solutions tailored for color cosmetics applications, including PP, ABS, aluminum, acrylic, and composite structures. Material selection is engineered to balance aesthetics, durability, chemical compatibility, and mass-production reliability.
Enhance shelf appeal with a range of surface finishing options such as glossy, matte, metallic, soft-touch, and textured finishes. These treatments are designed to elevate tactile experience while maintaining durability throughout production, filling, and end use.
We operate under the ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, ensuring every process is documented, monitored, and improved. From incoming material inspection to final shipment, our QA team works with precision and accountability.
